Thomas founded Lecoq Practice Development 4 decades ago. During his time as National Communications Director for OEPF, and he observed a need for more optometrists to provide VT. Having VT doctors be wildly successful at it is the best way to attract more O.D.s to this part of the profession, and in turn, help more patients have lives that are no longer impeded by limitations of vision.
